Craig Carnevale and Viet Nguyen are the founding partners of Jewelry Computer Systems, Inc.(JCS). Craig is a C.P.A. and has an M.B.A from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Viet has a B.S. in Computer Science from University of California Irvine, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Cal State Fullerton. Craig and Viet and a team of programmers make JCS an easy to use management system for the Retail Jewelry Industry. We have partners that we work with for website development and credit card processing.

The JCS software runs on all current Windows operating systems including Windows 10. There is also a .Net version that uses SQL databases.

We are custom programmers and can make changes to the software promptly as needed. There are hundreds of options that can turn functions on or off. The software is for single or multi-stores, and includes the many features covered elsewhere on the site.

When you decide it is time to computerize your store, or to make a change to the procedures you are currently using, you are not forced to buy all of the modules. You can start small and grow. We have a section on the website that goes into further details on this approach.

Prior to Thacker Jewelry signing on to Jewelry Computer Systems in 2009, we had used a jewelry software system that we thought was good. It handled most of our needs regarding point of sale and inventory control pretty well.
